RMV has state of art modern In-House tool room equipped with various Tool Room Conventional Machines, CNC Machines, Die Lapping, Polishing Stations etc. Tool Room is evolved with CAD/CAM/CAE with latest Version Solid Works and Solid Cam stations with i-Machining facility.
Component inspection outsourcing facility is one of the top core facility that is available in the firm and applies to each and every component while development process for their better and worthy formulation. As we have equipped with all metrological equipments and instruments such as CMM Machine, Profile Projector, Surface Roughness Tester etc.
Engineering Component Machining
Specific components get to be developed as per their requirements of dia and other related specifications via tactful engineering for component machining. Our technocrats uses their intelligence above all to develop core components and give all of their knowledge while machining various specific components and succeeds in fulfilling all the requirements of the customers. Critical Engineering for Defence
RMV entered into Defence Components Manufacturing field and earning the name in Defence Sector. As components required by defence are mostly critical thus requires critical engineering to succeed, RMV’s engineers are playing a vital role in fulfilling several technical yet critical requirements of the government concerns through various technology present in company’s in-house tool room.
RMV is doing well in manufacturing automotive goods as well, in which one of the technology used is Injection Moulding. It is a process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials mainly including metals, glasses, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers.
